“Felt like eating something sweet?“
Dough Ingredients: 1 cup of butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar,1 cup of milk, 2 cups of wheat flour, 1 tea cup crumbled Khanna peanut candy with your hands, 1 tablespoon baking powder and 4 eggs.
Frosting Ingredients: 1 cup of refined sugar, 1 tea cup of peanut candy crumbled with your hands, ½ cup of milk.
Preparation mode:
Dough:
Turn on the oven at medium temperature (180ºC).
Beat the egg whites and set aside.
Put the butter in the mixer, along with the sugar and the egg yolks, and beat until you form a fluffy cream.
Turn off the mixer, add the milk and mix with a spoon.
Add the crumbled peanut candy and mix again.
Add the wheat flour, sifted with the baking powder, stirring gently.
Finally, add the egg whites, carefully, with downward movements
upwards until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Put the dough in a greased shape with butter and sprinkled with wheat flour.
Take it to bake.
Frosting:
Mix everything and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Let it boil and turn into a homogeneous mixture.
Turn off and cover the cake still hot.
To decorate, you can sprinkle the peanut candy on top of the frosting and put semisweet chocolate shavings.
