“A good mug cake, is too good. Write down this recipe to make for the whole family:” 

Ingredients:  

4 tablespoons of fine almond flour,

2 tablespoons of fine oat flour,

1/2 tablespoon cornstarch,

2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/4 tablespoon baking powder,

1 pinch of salt,

2 tablespoons of water,

2 tbsp Khanna molasses,

Oil of your choice

Peanut candy Khanna to finish.

Preparation mode:

1. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.

2. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl until you get a very creamy and smooth mixture.

3. Incorporate the dry ingredients.

4. Grease a 250ml mug with oil of your choice and pour the dough into the mug

5. Take it to cook in the microwave. Microwave time may vary depending on your device.

Ours has 950W of power and was ready in 1 minute and 20 seconds. If you want, you
can start with a minute, check and add another 10 seconds each time,
if needed, until there are no more wet spots on top of the cake. Furthermore,
it is important to wait about 2 or 3 minutes before consuming. The cake needs a
time to finish cooking.

6. Add a layer of Khanna’s peanut candy farofa and enjoy!
